چکیده

This paper is concerned with a set-point servo problem for MIMO systems with P·SPR·D control. The P·SPR·D control is constructed by introducing a SPR (strict positive real) element instead of the I element in PID control. The purpose is to design a P·SPR·D controller for aysmptotic stabilization and to adjust P, SPR, D parameter matrices for improving convergence speed of responses under guaranteeing the stability. In our method, we consider a certain hypothetical system derived from the closed-loop system with P·SPR·D control in order to apply high gain output feedback. Then the P, SPR, D parameter matrices are adjusted by making zero dynamics of the hypothetical system asymptotically stable and performing the high gain output feedback. The proposed method is fundamentally based on the high gain output feedback theorem. The P·SPR·D control is extended to P·SPR·D·I control for improving steady state performance. The effectiveness of the method is confirmed by simulation results for unstable MIMO systems.

Stabilization of Networked Control Systems with Variable Delays and Saturating Inputs

In this paper, improved conditions for the synthesis of static state-feedback controller are derived to stabilize networked control systems (NCSs) subject to actuator saturation. Both of the data packet latency and dropout which deteriorate the performance of the closed-loop system are considered in the NCS model via variable delays. Two different techniques are employed to incorporate actuator...

Output feedback stabilization of multivariable systems with vector relative degree

A control strategy for stabilizing multi-input multi-output (MIMO) linear systems via feedback of the output and its derivatives is introduced. The feedback law is only based on structural properties of the system such as vector relative degree, stable zero dynamics and a positive definite high frequency gain matrix.

Adaptive fuzzy pole placement for stabilization of non-linear systems

A new approach for pole placement of nonlinear systems using state feedback and fuzzy system is proposed. We use a new online fuzzy training method to identify and to obtain a fuzzy model for the unknown nonlinear system using only the system input and output. Then, we linearized this identified model at each sampling time to have an approximate linear time varying system. In order to stabilize...

A new switching strategy for exponential stabilization of uncertain discrete-time switched linear systems in guaranteed cost control problem

Uncertain switched linear systems are known as an important class of control systems. Performance of these systems is affected by uncertainties and its stabilization is a main concern of recent studies. Existing work on stabilization of these systems only provides asymptotical stabilization via designing switching strategy and state-feedback controller. In this paper, a new switching strate...

P*SPR*D control for affine nonlinear system and robot manipulators -Stability analysis based on K-Y-P property and LaSalle's invariance principle-

This paper is concerned with P·SPR·D control of affine nonlinear system and robot manipulators which are passive systems. P·SPR·D control consists of proportional(P) action + strict positive real(SPR) action + derivative(D) action. Such control can asymptotically stabilize the affine nonlinear system being of multi input and multi output. Stability analysis of the P·SPR·D control is made, based...
